New Improved HUD update.
Showcasing the new final and improved HUD! (yes, i know i said last time it was the final one, but this time is true xD). It was bothering me that it was taking 3 tile rows needlessly (specially with metalhead taking so much screen space) and the fact that it shared frame with dialogue boxes, so I made this and reserved the previous frame for dialogues.
You have life now divided in even more chunks, since I've decided that instead of having 3 hits, different attacks will make different amounts of damage. Also you might be able to improve your defense along the way and stuff like that.
Metal energy keeps charging by itself, filling slowly pixel by pixel, looking pretty good IMO.
we have space for any key item we may need for different stages, there is only a Key icon now, but any icon cna be added,
And finally the collectible counter. I didn't want to put numbers in here, but I didn't want to be fixed to a set amount of collectibles for every stage either so I made this little counter
Also overall, improved the efficiency of the script a bit.
